This course is accessible to a wide range of professionals, but having some foundational knowledge can enhance the learning experience. A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields is beneficial. Equivalent work experience in IT or business operations can also be considered.

Understanding of software applications and business systems. Familiarity with databases, networking, or programming is a plus (but not required). Ability to analyze business problems and think logically. Experience in decision-making and process improvement is helpful.
