By completing this course, you will acquire the skills to oversee product lifecycles, create essential artifacts, and implement strategic frameworks for success in the market. 
 
You will learn to: 
 
  • Build product artifacts, including product vision documents, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and business cases. 
  • Create additional documentation including a product concept, requirements, and end-of-life plan. 
  • Build a personal product management portfolio to showcase your skills to employers. 
  • Prepare for the AIPMM Certified Product Manager (CPM) exam through quizzes and peer reviews. 
 
Course Overview 
 
This capstone course equips you with hands-on product management experience by guiding you through each phase of the product lifecycle. 
  
You will develop 16 key product management artifacts through real-world scenarios including the creation of strategic tools such as the Ansoff Matrix, product vision document, product requirement document, and the product roadmap. 
 
You can use these artifacts to demonstrate your skills for entry-level product manager roles to future employers. 
 
Additionally, test your knowledge with questions similar to those you will experience while taking the AIPMM and CPM certification exam.
