Abstract

Project management is an exciting profession that offers a wide range of career opportunities. The demand for project managers is on the rise across different industries, including construction, healthcare, Information Technology, and finance. According to Project Management Institute’s (PMI)
Talent Gap
report for 2023, there is a need for 25 million project management professionals globally with a need for 2.3 million new people each year to fill all of the project management-oriented positions expected to open in the near future.

A successful project is always an expectation from all stakeholders. A project manager is responsible for all phases of a project, including planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing projects while ensuring on-time, within budget, and value delivery to the customer.
