About this Course
This comprehensive course is designed for aspiring and current Product Owners aiming to deepen their understanding of Scrum practices and enhance their Agile expertise. It discusses the Product Owner's role, collaborating effectively with project sponsors, and creating key Scrum artifacts. Through hands-on activities, you will develop initial artifacts, such as user stories and product backlogs, while mastering the essential Agile ceremonies, including kickoffs and sprint planning.

The course then explores the ways Product Owners manage sprints, prioritize product backlogs, and resolve roadblocks. You will learn about the creation of Sprint goals and acceptance criteria, as well as how to ensure value delivery and stakeholder alignment. You’ll learn about Agile retrospectives and continuous improvement strategies. You’ll also explore the ways Product Owners use tools and methods to balance Agile principles with practical documentation, including innovations such as AI in product management.

This course includes hands-on projects that allow you to apply your learning to a real-world scenario. You will calculate performance metrics, complete a sprint retrospective, and present findings to stakeholders. 
Additionally, you will be guided through building an Agile artifact portfolio, preparing for certification, and optimizing your job search strategies.
